1 General Terms & Conditions

Jopk (referred to herein as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. The jopk.app website and all associated services are governed by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jopk and its users ("Members" or "you"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms.

• Jopk reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• Access is prohibited from Bangladesh and all other countries where online gaming is illegal.
• Although these terms are provided in Bengali, the English version shall be the legally binding reference.

2 Account Registration

To register with jopk, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must register using your real name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Only one account per person is allowed. Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing your account with any third party is not permitted.
• Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

KYC Verification Process: The following documents must be submitted before your first withdrawal or for any transaction exceeding ৳10,000:

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jopk are fully secure and encrypted. We support the following payment methods:

• Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket (Mobile Banking)
• Bank Transfer (Selected Banks)
• Cryptocurrency (Selected Coins)

Deposit Limit: Minimum deposit is ৳100. Maximum daily deposit is ৳5,00,000. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Limit: Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal is ৳2,00,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes and no longer than 24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• Jopk reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in the event of suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

The terms and conditions for jopk's bonuses and promotions are detailed below. Each bonus may carry its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the bonus page.

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to 150% bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for this bonus.
• Wagering requirements: Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager at least 20x the bonus amount (this may vary for specific bonuses).
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being credited. Any unused bonus after this period will be forfeited.
• Deposit Bonus Cancellation: If a member requests a withdrawal before completing the bonus wagering requirement, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or attempting any form of manipulation will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

5 Gaming Rules

All games at jopk are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is determined entirely by chance and cannot be influenced in favor of or against any player.

• Each game has its own rules, which you can find within the game itself.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet will be refunded.
• In Sports Betting, bets cannot be changed or cancelled once a match has started.
• Jopk is not responsible for disconnections during live games caused by internet issues.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting bugs or software errors will be forfeited.

Jopk ensures a level playing field for all players. Any attempt by a player to gain an unfair advantage will be met with immediate action.

6 Responsible Gaming

Jopk is committed to responsible gaming. We want all members to enjoy gaming as a source of entertainment — not as a cause of addiction or financial harm.

We provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum amount for each bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for a short break.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent closure of your account.
• Reality Check: Regular reminders to let you know how long you've been playing.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Jopk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false information.
• Opening multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Being an underage user.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the system.
• Threatening or harassing other players or staff.

If an account is permanently closed, any verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded once the investigation is complete.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Jopk takes the security of your personal information seriously. The data we collect is used solely for service delivery, security purposes, and compliance with legal obligations.

9 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute with jopk must be handled by following the process outlined below:

1. Step One: Send a detailed complaint to support@jopk.app. We will respond within 48 hours.
2. Step Two: If your issue is not resolved at the first step, you may file a formal complaint with our dispute resolution department.
3. Step Three: Resolution through international arbitration, subject to mutual agreement by both parties.

In any dispute regarding game outcomes, jopk's server logs will serve as the final and definitive evidence. All disputes must be filed within 30 days of the relevant incident.

10 Changes to Terms

Jopk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or through the platform.

• Updated terms and conditions take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you object to any changes, you may request to close your account.
